As Secondary School Principal, Noelene designed enlightened learning processes for both senior secondary students and for adults. She then took time out to focus on the underlying dynamics of culture and change in her Masters degree at the University of Chicago. Subsequently, in the Corporate and University sectors, Noelene has designed and delivered learning strategies for enhancing performance, relationship capacity and leadership.
After a wide range of human development and leadership roles at executive and director levels, she brings a wealth of experience and transformative vision to her work. Her studies and her practice have led to her key focus on the person in relationship to the whole organisation.
Her innovative leadership roles, various consultancies, conflict prevention and personal growth work equip her with the kind of wisdom that is needed for the challenges individuals and organisations face into the 21st century.
